Common questions

What's the difference between the individual and institutional plans?

Individual plans are self-serve monthly subscriptions tied to one user. Institutional plans are annual SaaS plans that cover your whole college or department, typically with a dedicated admin console, single sign-on, and pricing scoped to your learner count rather than per-seat.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

The Free tier is the trial. Use it as long as you need. Upgrade when you need downloads, question-paper generation, or unlimited volume.

What payment methods do you accept for individual plans?

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. All transactions are processed securely. Institutional plans are invoiced annually.

Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?

Yes. Individual plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downloads you've already made remain yours.

Which Indian boards and universities are supported?

CBSE, ICSE, Karnataka State Board, and 40+ universities including VTU, JNTU, Anna University, PES, VIT, and major IITs. New syllabi are added continuously based on signup geography.
